In the first 20 minutes of Brenda's kindergarten graduation we thought we'd have to just take her home...
(Here she is hiding out in her 'escape' room, which is right off the stage.)
When suddenly she heard the music for the first musical performance. Before we could grab her she was out on stage...
(Maybe we should have drug her off the stage but I was more like, 'don't nobody be touching my dancin' baby'...)
She tolerated class picture time...
(Never mind the fact that she stood with the wrong class.)
Even posed for this shot-(Within 2 minutes the diploma became binoculars, of course.) In the end it was a success!
***Can I add that I think the whole idea of
kindergarten graduation is
lame??
(Never mind that I savored the whole evening...)

So cute! I love the line in The Incredibles when Mr. says that lower grade graduations are celebrating mediocrity. I'm glad Brenda's was a success.
I agree they are lame. My niece just had her 3rd preschool graduation. I think they should just have a small end of the year party instead of all the to-do. But it is pretty cute, I agree!
I love her dress. I love her. I love you!
Okay Lindsay, so you know you mis-spelled "genius", right? Or am I the only one not in on the joke? And any other graduation but high school makes me want to poke my eyeballs out.
Thanks guys! Sue- Ummmm, I was typing late at night? HA!! The irony is funny, but I fixed it anyway...
Now there is a girl I like, dancing to the beat of her own drum. Down with the man Brenda!
Wow, Lindsay, can I have your autograph? I didn't think cjane would really go to everyone's blog, but I guess she did. I just went to leave a request for her but she's closed it of. Sniff.
