Today I had a photo shoot with a cute gal. She's having her first bebe. (More pics on my photoblog- see side bar link) She had her hair done, toe nails- pink, and a twinkle in her eye. He (valient husband) patiently helped her up and down while also carrying various props and reflectors. In my arrogance I smile and think, "They've got NO idea what's comin'." Now, of course, it's all good, right? But I have my moments where I look back to the 'BC' days (Before Children) and want to shout to myself, "ENJOY THIS!!!!! Soon, there will be NO GOING BACK!"
So later today when little Suzie wobbled up to me with her hands up in the air and said,"mamamama" I enjoyed it 'cause there's no goin' back. There.

I feel the same way...about BC. Especially cuz I had such a rough time with Cam. I remember thinking, "Wow, what have I done?" But obviously it was the hormones talking and I settled into motherhood after a few months of getting up 10 times a night!!

Very cute picture! I to have those moments of wishing I had enjoyed my BC days more. But all too soon I will be missing my WC (with child) days. So we got to enjoy these days as much as we can and try to "Wag more and Bark less".
Love the pictures! And I try to remind myself how different (in a good way) I am then bc. I like me a little better now and want to wack the bc Cristin in the head and tell her to enjoy it more.
